The perfect combination of chewy, crunchy, sweet, and salty, these peanut butter chocolate chip granola bars will be your new favorite! Only FIVE main ingredients too and these literally take 5 minutes to whip up and you have a big batch on hand for the week!

Ingredients
  • 4 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds (salted and roasted)
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • pinch sea salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Simple mix all ingredients together in large bowl until well combined.
  2. Press into 9x13 pan and refrigerate a couple hours until firm before cutting into bars.
