These Nutella no-bake energy bites require just THREE ingredients, and they are all pantry-staple, very shelf-stable ingredients at that! Hopefully you already have all of them in your pantry right now so you can go whip of a batch of these gooey, chocolately hazelnut bites in a matter of just minutes.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Medjool dates (145 grams pitted)
  • 1 cup roasted chopped hazelnuts (120 grams)
  • 2-3 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
  • Pinch of sea salt, optional and to taste
Instructions
  1. Simply add pitted dates, chopped hazelnuts, cocoa powder, and pinch of sea salt to a food processor.
  2. Process until mixture starts forming a "dough" and sticking together.
  3. Roll into balls.
  4. Store in refrigerate for up to two weeks, or in the freezer up to a couple months.
