Coconut Flour Cookie Dough Balls

These no-bake coconut flour chocolate chip cookie dough bites have such a soft and gooey texture! You only need 5 ingredients (plus salt) to make these, and the entire recipe is made start to finish in less than 5 minutes. Not to mention, the entire batch is one serving!! Perfect for those cookie dough cravings or when you need something sweet, stat. I mean, personally I’d much rather spend 5 minutes than just eat plain chocolate chips from the bag (but I mean you do you, no judgment here!).

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour (15 grams coconut flour)
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon agave
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • Sea salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl until combined.
  2. If mixture is too dry, add milk or water 1 teaspoon at a time until a cookie dough texture forms and mixture rolls into balls. If cookie dough is too wet, simply eat by the spoonful or add coconut flour 1 teaspoon at a time until desired texture is reached!
