1 ½ cups vanilla Greek yogurt (I used 2 single serving cups). If using plain yogurt, I recommend sweetening with honey or pure maple syrup to taste first)
¼ cup peanut butter, warmed a few seconds in microwave
1 carton (6 ounces) raspberries or berries of choice
Homemade chocolate OR chocolate chips, melted to drizzle on top

Homemade chocolate sauce:
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
Line a small baking pan with parchment paper. Layer Greek yogurt, then raspberries, then peanut butter, then chocolate sauce.
Freeze at least a couple hours or overnight until firm.
Break into pieces and enjoy! A fun summertime treat.
