The Kodiak cake muffins could NOT be easier to make!! You need just FOUR ingredients total to make these. While I love my Kodiak cake sheet pan pancake recipe on the blog, I was looking for a basic/neutral flavored portable breakfast option. Enter: muffins. Seriously, you guys. I don’t know how much easier this recipe can get! These muffins are PERFECT to make on a Sunday afternoon to meal-prep for easy breakfasts during the work week!

Ingredients
4 cups Kodiak Cake mix
2 ½ cups milk of choice (I have also used apple cider in place of milk!)
½ cup melted butter
½ cup honey OR pure maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 2 muffin pans with silicone muffin liners OR spray well with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until combined.
Using an ice-cream scoop, scoop muffin batter into lined muffins pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20-22 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
Enjoy! Delicious with butter, nut butter, etc.
These muffins are very freezer-friendly, and are great for meal-prep!
