I love how quickly these brownie batter bites come together. Perfect for a quick chocolate craving fix when you don’t want to turn on the oven!

Ingredients
  • 20 grams chocolate protein powder (about ¼ cup)*
  • 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon-2 tablespoons milk**
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • Optional ½ teaspoon espresso powder or instant coffee, for mocha version
  • Sea salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl until combined.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Refrigerate if not eating immediately.
  4. Enjoy!

*I used Quest nutrition protein powder, or sub chocolate whey protein powder of choice
**start with a small amount of milk, and add more only as needed! Will vary based on the protein powder you use, etc.
