Ingredients
  • 1 pint (2 cups) blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, to taste (I used 1 tbsp)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Heat berries and maple syrup over medium heat on stove. Blueberries will burst. Then add chia seeds and reduce heat. Yield: approximately ¾ cup.
