Serves: about 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved (or quartered if larger)
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray. Set aside.
  2. Halve (or quarter if large) Brussels sprouts and place on baking sheet.
  3. Whisk together maple syrup, olive oil, and Dijon mustard. Pour dressing over Brussels sprouts and stir until coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25-35 minutes, or until desired doneness (I usually roast mine for about 30 minutes...I like them crispy though!). It will depend on your oven, size of Brussels sprouts, and desired doneness.
  5. Eat!
