Ingredients
  • 2 cups chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red or white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons water, as needed to thin
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Makes about 1 cup dressing. Shake if ingredients separate after time in fridge.
  3. Due to the fresh green onions, this dressing is best used within 2-3 day.
  4. Delicious on salads, as a dip, on grilled chicken, etc!
