Ingredients
1 cup fresh figs, diced
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Simply add all ingredients to a blender, and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Store in refrigerator. Will keep fresh up to a week.
